This is the most exciting book I've read in years and not at all the kind of book I 'm attracted to . Kent Rivers: The Story is full of suspense, holds your attention and leaves you wanting more. This is the only book I've ever read a second time within a week of finishing it. I cried a few tears, laughed a little, and was touched by the characters, who are so believable that you feel as if you have known them forever. The setting of this book has areas that I know about because they are close to where I live. That makes it seem like a local story which keeps me Interested. I hope this is the start of many Kent Rivers stories. The author seems to have actually lived through the storylines in this book. He is quite charming and even through the hurts he has endured, he never gives up. I found myself being a cheerleader for him as he tries to track criminals, while living his own life. The ending is great, but you really don't want it to ever end.Product details

Was a good detective book but as a female had enough of a love story to give it an extra push to appeal to both sexes. Really enjoyed reading it and looking forward to the next one. Gives an insight to our law enforcement.

I really enjoyed the book. I had a very hard time putting it down when I started reading it, so the next day, made sure I didn't have anything to do when I picked it up again. Next thing I knew, I had it finished.
Anyone that likes a good detective book, would love this. I also enjoyed the parts of the book that was places I knew well. That just personalized too. I hope many others will be reading this book and telling others of it.
